We gladly accept payment by Visa or Mastercard.
USA: All US orders will be processed in US dollars, shipped by Post or Fedex at a flat fee of $9.00.
Canada: All Canadian orders will be processed in Canadian dollars, shipped by Canada Post at a flat fee of $9.00. Applicable taxes will be charged (GST on all orders except HST in certain provinces, and PST will be included on orders in BC).
Other Countries: All international orders will be processed in Canadian currency (your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency) and charged an additional shipping fee on top of the standard flat fee of $9.00. Additional charges will vary and an email confirmation of exact shipping costs will be emailed to you prior to shipping.
There are no taxes on US or International orders.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.

All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for some reason, please inform our customer service team via email. We are interested in your satisfaction and comments.
If your package is lost or damaged or you have received defective merchandise, please contact our service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (include reference to your invoice number). Defective merchandise will be replaced.
If your order was damaged in shipping, claims are filed directly with the shipper. Please keep the original shipping container and all the contents including shipping material for the claim adjuster.
